I am a freelance graphic artist with 30 years in the print production industry. I specialize in design and page layout for books, magazines, catalogs, and brochures. My experience and organizational skills enable me to carry a project from conception to delivery of final files to the printer, working with clients, designers, photographers and illustrators, editors, proofreaders, indexers, and printers.

I have also worked with many graphic designers as a production artist, implementing their design concepts by creating templates in which to flow edited files, sizing and placing photographs and/or illustrations, creating charts and graphs, and fine-tuning pages to client specifications.

I am a crack trouble-shooter when it comes to fitting content to design, dealing with design adjustments, editorial changes, and varying printer requirements. I consistently meet deadlines, keeping clients well apprised of all processes, including what I might need from them and when, and what they can expect from me.
